A small studio that makes very specific things

CustomFigure started in 2019 with one sculptor, a resin printer in a small workshop in Shenzhen, and a single order: a cake topper for a wedding where the bride wanted her actual dress, not a generic white one.

We now employ eleven sculptors and painters and ship to more than forty countries, but the working method has not changed. One person owns your order from the first render to the final coat of paint. Nobody hands a half-finished figurine to a stranger.

Being in Shenzhen is not incidental. The city is where the resin printing, tooling and model-painting supply chain actually lives, which is why we can hold this level of hand finishing at this price. Everything is made in-house — we do not subcontract your figurine to a factory.

What we will not do

We do not make plush toys, fabric dolls, printed mugs, canvas prints or engraved tumblers. Studios that make everything tend to make nothing especially well, and the skill in this craft is narrow and deep — reading a face from a bad photo, mixing a skin tone that matches under warm light, keeping a two-inch hand from snapping.

We also will not take an order we do not think we can do justice. If the only photo you have genuinely will not work, we would rather say so than take your money and disappoint you six weeks later.

The guarantee, in plain terms

You approve a 3D proof before we make anything. If the finished figurine does not match the proof you approved, we remake it or refund you in full within 30 days of delivery. No restocking fee, no argument.
