A secure upload link lands in your inbox immediately. Send several angles if you can — front, three-quarter and full body. Old, scanned or slightly blurry photos are usually fine.

A sculptor builds the model
Not a template with a face swapped in. A sculptor works from your references to build the head, the pose and the clothing, matching the details you flagged.

You approve the free 3D proof
Within 3–4 working days you get preview renders from four angles. Ask for changes — as many as you need. Nothing is printed or painted until you approve.

Printing, painting and quality check
High-resolution resin printing, hand sanding, then multiple hand-painted passes with drying time between each. A final matte protective coat is cured for a full day.

Common questions
- How long does the whole process take?
- Typically 8–18 days of production depending on the product, plus 3–8 days express shipping from Shenzhen. The proof stage adds a day or two, and how fast you reply is usually the main variable.
- What if I do not like the 3D proof?
- Tell us what is wrong and we revise it. There is no revision limit and no charge at that stage — the proof exists precisely so nothing gets made that you are not happy with.
- Can I add a pet or extra people after ordering?
- Yes, up until you approve the proof. Email us and we will send a top-up invoice for the difference.
- Do you make plush toys or dolls?
- No. We make hand-painted resin figurines only.
Why the proof stage matters
Most complaints in the custom keepsake industry come down to the same thing: the customer never saw what was being made until it arrived. We built the process around removing that.
The 3D proof is a genuine render of the model that will be printed — not an artist impression, not a mockup. If the nose is wrong, you see it before the resin is poured. If the dress neckline is off, you say so and it is corrected in an afternoon.
