Production time

Every figurine is made to order. Production begins only after you approve your 3D digital proof, and runs 8–18 days depending on the product. The estimate on each product page is the current studio figure, not a marketing number.

Rush production is available on most items at checkout and shortens production to roughly one week.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free worldwide on orders over $79. Below that it is a flat $9.90 regardless of destination.

Delivery estimates

Every order ships from our studio in Shenzhen, China, by tracked express courier (DHL, FedEx or SF Express depending on destination). Transit times after production:

• Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, Korea — 3–5 business days
• Australia and New Zealand — 4–7 business days
• United States and Canada — 5–8 business days
• United Kingdom and EU — 5–9 business days
• Middle East — 6–9 business days
• Rest of world — 8–15 business days

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed as soon as the parcel leaves the studio. You can also look up any order on our track order page using your order reference and email address.

Customs and import duties

Parcels ship from China, so most destinations treat them as an international import. Duties, VAT or sales tax set by the destination country are not included in our prices and are the recipient’s responsibility.

For reference, most of our orders fall under the de minimis threshold in the US (currently $800) and Australia (AUD 1,000) and clear without charges, while the UK and EU apply VAT on almost all imported goods regardless of value.

We declare every parcel accurately and cannot mark shipments as gifts or under-declare their value — doing so is illegal and risks your parcel being seized.

Damaged or lost parcels

Everything ships double-boxed with internal padding. In the rare case of transit damage, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we remake and reship at no cost. Parcels confirmed lost by the carrier are also remade at no cost.
