What we accept
All orders are processed through PayPal. You can pay from a PayPal balance or linked bank account, or with Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. A PayPal account is not required to pay by card — choose the guest card option in the PayPal window.
Security
Card details are entered on PayPal’s own systems and are never transmitted to or stored on our servers. Order totals are recalculated on our server from our own product catalogue before the payment is created, so the amount PayPal shows you always matches the cart you built.
Currency
Prices are shown and charged in US dollars. If your card or PayPal account is denominated in another currency, your provider will apply its own conversion rate and any associated fee.
Buyer protection
Because every transaction runs through PayPal, PayPal Buyer Protection applies to your order on the terms PayPal publishes, in addition to our own 30-day remake-or-refund guarantee.
Invoiced and bulk orders
Corporate orders of 25 units or more can be invoiced with net-30 terms. Email support@custom-figure.com with your requirements for a quote.
