Figuras personalizadas a partir de tus fotos
CustomFigure is a figurine studio. We take the photos you already have — the engagement shoot, the one of the dog asleep on the sofa, the graduation picture someone took sideways — and turn them into hand-painted resin figurines you can hold.
Every piece starts with a sculptor rather than a template. That is the difference between a personalised figurine and a generic one with a name printed on the base: the face is built from your reference photos, the outfit is matched to what was actually worn, and the pose comes from the moment you picked.
What we make — and what we do not
We make figurines only: wedding cake toppers, couple and anniversary statues, family portrait groups, pet figures, graduation keepsakes, memorial pieces, anime-style character figures, and two-inch keychains. We do not make plush toys, stuffed animals or fabric dolls — if that is what you are after, another studio will serve you better.
How the process protects you
Nothing goes into production until you have seen and approved a 3D digital proof. Revisions at that stage cost nothing, which is why the overwhelming majority of our orders arrive with no surprises. Payment runs through PayPal, so you get buyer protection whether you pay from a PayPal balance or a card.
Preguntas frecuentes
- How does a custom figurine get made from a photo?
- You upload your photos at checkout. A sculptor builds a 3D model from them, we send you preview renders within 3–4 working days, and only after you approve do we print in resin and hand-paint the piece.
- How long does a custom figurine take?
- Standard production is 8–18 days depending on the product, plus 3–8 days express shipping from our Shenzhen studio. Rush production is available on most items and cuts production to about a week.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept PayPal, plus Visa, Mastercard and American Express processed securely through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to pay by card.
- Do you make plush toys?
- No. CustomFigure only makes hand-painted resin figurines. If you are looking for a plush version of a pet or person, we are not the right studio.
- Can I get a refund if it does not look like the photo?
- You approve a 3D proof before production, which resolves almost every likeness concern up front. If the finished figurine still does not match the approved proof, we remake it or refund you in full within 30 days of delivery.
