By placing an order on custom-figure.com you agree to these terms. CustomFigure is operated from Shenzhen, Guangdong, China, and these terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Nothing here removes any statutory consumer right you hold in your own country.
Made-to-order products
All products are manufactured individually to your specification after you approve a 3D digital proof. Approval of the proof constitutes acceptance of the design, pose, clothing and configuration shown in it.
Rights in uploaded material
You confirm that you own or have permission to use the photographs you upload, and that producing a figurine from them does not infringe anyone’s rights. We reserve the right to decline any order that appears to infringe copyright, depicts a public figure without evident authorisation, or is unlawful or hateful in nature.
Our rights in the finished work
The 3D models we create remain our intellectual property. You own the physical figurine outright and may photograph, display, gift or resell it freely.
Handmade variation
Each figurine is hand-painted. Minor variation in brushwork and finish between individual pieces is a characteristic of the process, not a defect, and is not grounds for a refund where the piece matches the approved proof.
Limitation of liability
Our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Figurines are decorative display items, are not toys, and are not suitable for children under three years of age.
